"My husband & I are grateful for Ashley helping us with our vehicle insurance!! We were with another company, paying almost 3x the monthly premium we are currently paying at State Farm! There was never any personal attention at our former company, we dealt with whoever answered the phone on any given day & no ability to walk in an office to speak with a rep either…extremely difficult overall!! The exact opposite of what we are provided with Ashley🤩 We have an usual situation & Ashley listened to all of our needs & concerns, assisted us with a policy to meet our specific criteria & has extended her time even on the weekend to answer some last minute questions!! "I had a coverage question/issue that I needed help with. As always, my call was answered immediately. After a very brief hold I was transferred to Agent Steve Walker. This was one of several interactions with Steve since switching to State Farm recently. Even though it was almost 5 pm he was patient as I explained my challenge. He answered what he could, and vowed to call me first thing the following morning after doing some research. As promised, he called first thing the next morning with the answer to my question. Dealing with Steve and the State Farm team is a wonderful and refreshing change in a world increasingly dominated by chatbots. Interactions are efficient, effective, and brief! Unresolved challenges turn into problems. Steve and his team never let it get that far. He listens, he’s enthusiastic, empathetic and patient—recognizing that the ends and outs of insurance can sometimes be challenging for lay people. Based on my interactions with him and the team I would not hesitate to recommend him to others looking for insurance coverage. He consistently delivers an excellent customer service experience!"
