"Just wanted to leave a review and a huge thanks to Cory. I spoke with Cory about how I used used to be covered with State Farm for 15 years with another agent. But had ended up leaving due to rates at the time. I had forgot to cancel my policy. So I was being billed still even though I had coverage under my new insurance company. Cory walked me through how to send proof of insurance cause no lapse was present. I also spoke with him about how I'm currently moving and based off rates of where I'm at I may come back to state farm soon just due to the customer service like Cory showed me. I've been using one of those insurance apps so my insurance is cheaper than what it was but getting proper customer service when something goes wrong like a crack in my windshield is much harder on the app. Also shopping for my rates when it's time to renew is much harder without the sort of customer service I received from Cory."
